Founded in 1894, this is one of the oldest co-operatives in Canada. All St. Albert cheddars are made from 100% pure milk, without any modified milk ingredients. In 1994 it celebrated its 100th anniversary and started the first Curd Festival that has now become a tradition that brings 50,000+ visitors to St. Albert, Ontario, each summer.
