The team from Fromagerie du Presbytere is the Morin brothers, Jean and Dominic, as well as the children of the latter, Thomas, Charles, Alexis and Èva and a handful of employees who tend their herd of dairy cows and operate the Louis D’Or farm, located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Elizabeth-de-Warwick. It is also the fifteen cheesemakers who are busy on the other side of the street, in the former rectory, taking this milk of exceptional quality, and making it into the best cheeses available.
