2017 TGCCF Cheese Tastings + Pairings

Saturday & Sunday, June 3 & 4, 2017 • 12:00, 1:30 & 3:00pm

2017 Cheese Tastings + Pairings feature 7-8 fabulous artisan Canadian cheeses, selected artisan condiments, plus offerings of wine, craft beer & cider or spirits, all from our exhibitors. We’ll learn the story of these coveted Canadian cheeses and the passionate people who make them, plus tips on how to present, pair and appreciate these culinary treasures. Seminars will be led and cheeses chosen by Vanessa Simmons, acclaimed cheese sommelier at Savvy Company in Ottawa, curator of Savvy Cool Curds Cheese-of-the-Month Club and noted cheese blogger (Curd on the Street).

All Tastings + Pairings are free with admission to#tgccf. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. SEATING IS LIMITED, so arrive early.

All Tastings + Pairings take place in the banquet room at Prince Edward Community Centre (across the parking lot from Crystal Palace and Taste Ontario Pavilion).

1:30-2:30pm
CRAFTED Tasting + Pairings

Tasting features 7-8 Canadian artisan cheeses, selected artisan condiments, plus selections of Ontario craft beer/cider.

3:00-4:00pm
SPIRITED Tasting + Pairings

Tasting features 7-8 Canadian artisan cheeses, selected artisan condiments, plus selections of Ontario spirits.
