Waring House
A cheese-inspired, three-course dinner has been created by Executive Chef Luis de Sousa and his team at The Waring House Restaurant & Inn.
The special menu starts with a fresh salad featuring Greenridge Farms Asparagus and Goat Cheese from Fifth Town Artisan Cheese. The main course is Oven-Roasted Duck Confit smothered with cheddar from Black River Cheese and the Official Page Ale Butter Sauce from nearby Barley Days Brewery. Finally, a sweet ending with an Upsidedown Goat Cheese Flan served with Rhubarb Strawberry Compote.
