Waring House
A cheese-inspired, three-course dinner has been created by Executive Chef Luis de Sousa and his team at The Waring House Restaurant & Inn.
The special menu starts with a fresh salad featuring Greenridge Farms Asparagus and Goat Cheese from Fifth Town Artisan Cheese. The main course is Oven-Roasted Duck Confit smothered with cheddar from Black River Cheese and the Official Page Ale Butter Sauce from nearby Barley Days Brewery. Finally, a sweet ending with an Upsidedown Goat Cheese Flan served with Rhubarb Strawberry Compote.

Blumen Garden Bistro
Blumen Garden Bistro has more cheese dishes on its menu than any other restaurant in Prince Edward County. Check out the menu created by Chef Andreas Feller—everyone calls him Andy—who was trained in classic French cuisine in Switzerland.
