There’s more! Food Network celebrity chef Bob Blumer makes a guest appearance on Saturday, June 2, to demonstrate how to grill pizza with artisan cheese. Lost Girl co-star Kris Holden-Ried appears on Sunday, June 3, to make grilled-cheese sandwiches at the Cheesewerks stand. Both appearances to benefit a scholarship fund for young Canadians pursuing careers in cheese.

There is NO FEE charged on online ticket purchases so order today, save money, avoid disappointment. Youth and child tickets for the Cheese Fair are available, without the glass and cooler bag. All other Festival events are age of majority only.

In order to assure a high-quality experience for exhibitors and attendees, Cheese Fair attendance will be capped at 1,500 each day, so don’t delay in ordering your tickets.

Artisan cheeses from coast to coast
More than 100 cheeses from Canadian producers will be available for purchase. Bring cash as Crystal Palace, our historic venue, isn’t wired for credit cards. There is an ATM on the premises. Included in the price of admission is an insulated Festival cooler bag for hauling fromage home.

Fine Wines, Craft Beers and Crisp Cider
Canadian wines, craft beers and ciders will be available for sampling, for those of the age of majority.
