Cheesemakers and cheese galore

Outstanding Canadian cheesemakers from coast-to-coast are represented at The Great Canadian Cheese Festival, offering whey more than 100 artisan cheeses for tasting and purchase at the Artisan Cheese & Fine Food Fair on Saturday and Sunday, June 2 and 3

The Festival showcases producers who turn the pure milk of Canadian cows, goats, sheep and water buffalo into cheese, using no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, and no modified milk ingredients.

Here are the cheese producers who participated in 2011. An even longer lineup for 2012 will be posted soon.
