Taste and Buy Canada’s Best Cheeses and Artisan Foods
Cow, Goat, Sheep and Water Buffalo Cheese Exhibitors
This is the place to taste and buy over artisan cheeses – over 150 cheeses will be here – some fresh, some aged, some soft some hard, all artisanal and lovingly made with milk from sheep, goat, cow and water buffalo. If you are looking for guidance, who better to ask than the cheesemakers themselves, who will be on hand to provide samples and advice. There are also a whole range of tasting and pairing workshops during each of the festivals two days. And yes, when you have found those cheeses you just can’t live without, you can buy them on-site.
Artisan Food and Special Exhibitors
Our cheesemakers are joined by fellow artisan food producers. Think wine, craft cider and beer and then add charcuterie, chutney, savoury shortbread, jams, chocolates, preserves, olive oil, condiments and more. This is small batch food at its best, created by people who love what they do. We are also proud to welcome a number of special exhibitors, including hand crafted cheeseboards.
